You become Turkish tax resident and you had no domicile in Turkey and no Turkish tax liability in the three calendar years before. Your foreign-source income and gains are then exempt from Turkish income tax for 20 years.
Income and gains earned outside Turkey, such as dividends from a foreign company, foreign capital gains and investment income. Income from Turkey, including work you physically perform for Turkish clients, is taxed at the normal rates of 15% to 40%.
