Yes. Directors and shareholders can live anywhere. You need a UK registered office address and identity verification with Companies House.

What corporation tax will I pay?

19% on profits up to £50,000, 25% above £250,000, with marginal relief in between. The thresholds are shared across associated companies.

Is there tax on dividends?

The UK does not withhold tax on dividends. You are taxed on them in your country of residence.
